Comparison photographs conceal the unremarkable period in between. Set out below is what the process actually involves week to week, so that you can assess whether it suits you before starting rather than eight weeks in.

Individual results vary considerably. These are real clients and real figures, not a prediction of what any particular person will achieve.

What to expect

What to expect, and when

These are general ranges rather than commitments. Rate of progress depends on your starting point, your training history, your sleep and your consistency.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2

The process becomes easier to follow

Little is visible at this stage. What changes is friction: you know what you are training, what you are eating, and you stop making twenty small decisions each day. Most clients report improved sleep before they report any change in appearance.

  2. Weeks 3 to 6

    The first measurable change

Strength increases noticeably, and this is the period in which loads tend to move fastest. Clothing fits differently before the mirror reflects much. On a fat loss program, scale weight typically moves at around 0.5 to 1 percent of body weight per week.

  3. Weeks 7 to 12

The change becomes apparent to others

This is where the accumulated work becomes visible. Photographs taken twelve weeks apart frequently look like different people, even when the weekly changes felt imperceptible. Muscle gain is inherently slower than fat loss and is measured in months rather than weeks.

  4. Beyond 12 weeks

    Establishing maintenance

You move to maintenance intake, we establish what a sustainable routine looks like for you, and we test it against a holiday or a demanding work period. This phase is the one most commonly skipped, and it is the reason most results are not retained.

Individual results vary considerably. Nothing on this page constitutes a guarantee of any particular outcome, and none of it is medical advice.
